The right candidate is comfortable working with AI tools, independent, and highly organized, with strong English communication and a sharp eye for catching issues before they become problems.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations on Amazon and/or Walmart.
• Comfort using AI tools to streamline research and daily tasks.
• Strong ability to catch discrepancies and data issues.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain existing semi-automated systems for daily operations.
• Spot data mismatches, bugs, and errors across platforms.
• Produce clear daily reports on store operations and performance.
• Communicate with suppliers to keep orders and timelines on track.
• Track competitors, pricing trends, and product listings.
• Gather data to support owner decision-making.
• Handle admin tasks and customer follow-up.
• Manage product certification paperwork (organic, vegan, EWG).
• Keep listings accurate across Amazon and Walmart.
