Job summary
Tavor Perry is seeking a meticulous E-commerce Operations VA in the Philippines to keep our online store and marketplace channels running smoothly. You will handle order processing, site upkeep, product listings on Amazon and Nordstrom Marketplace, social shop management, and image prep for the website customizer.
The ideal candidate is tech‑comfortable, can perform light code edits (HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid), and works well independently while coordinating with a small team.
Qualifications
- Solid hands-on time managing a Shopify store (orders, products, site content).
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central for listings, inventory, and issue resolution.
- Comfortable making light HTML/CSS edits to product pages and templates (Shopify Liquid).
- Proficient in Photoshop for preparing product images.
Responsibilities
- Process Shopify and Nordstrom Marketplace orders; generate airway bills; maintain stock levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries with friendly, timely support.
- Monitor website functionality and keep homepage current.
- Manage promo codes, abandoned cart flows, and product page updates.
- Rearrange collections and upload new products to the online store.
- Add/list products on Amazon and Nordstrom Marketplace; manage listings and documentation.
- Refresh links and images across Meta Commerce Manager, Shopify Shop App, and TikTok Shop.
- Prepare product images in Photoshop for the website customizer and assist with new customizer products.
