E-Teleconnect is seeking a CLIENT ACQUISITION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (BD) COORDINATOR to bolster our sales pipeline and client acquisition efforts in the BPO sector. You will focus on identifying potential clients, building relationships, and supporting proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities include researching new leads, maintaining CRM data, coordinating with sales and operations, and following up with prospects to convert interest into meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or BPO.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Research and identify potential clients for BPO services.
• Generate and qualify leads through online outreach and databases.
• Assist in preparing proposals, service presentations, and client pitches.
• Maintain CRM systems to track leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to align client needs.
