Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an energetic Business Development Coordinator to join our growth team. You will connect corporate clients with end-to-end B2B solutions—from IT services and staffing to engineering and business support management—driving new opportunities and revenue.

You will identify enterprise prospects, tailor solutions, lead RFPs, and negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing, while building executive-level relationships and ensuring smooth handoffs to operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in B2B sales, business development, or account management in outsourcing or IT solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and navigating enterprise procurement cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across enterprise-level accounts
• Understand client business challenges and partner with our internal experts to pitch tailored service solutions
• Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and managing incoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Lead pitch presentations and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Build strong executive-level relationships and facilitate smooth transitions to our operational teams

About you

• Over 1 year in B2B sales, business development, or account management within shared services, outsourcing, technical staffing, or IT solutions
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and navigating enterprise procurement cycles
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract drafting capabilities
• Proactive, outcome-driven, and adaptable to changing client needs
