Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
- Rotate between different work areas as needed, including but not limited to:
- Front Counter: Taking customer orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Barista Station: Preparing drinks, managing supplies, and keeping the bar area clean.
- Seating Area: Maintaining cleanliness, ensuring customer comfort, and restocking supplies.
- Back of House: Supporting inventory management, preparing food items, and assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Take customer orders and process payments efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure a clean and organized workstation and dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of coffee supplies and inform management when stock needs replenishing.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.

Qualifications
