Job summary

Robinsons Land Corp in Cebu City is seeking a Sales Executive to support business development, build customer relationships with assigned accounts, and promote hotel facilities and promotions through visits and events.

You will monitor reports, participate in sales actions, and ensure timely submission of itineraries and activity reports, while collaborating with teams to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop business potential and maintain relationships with assigned accounts through visits, inspections, and correspondence.
• Ensure timely submission of sales reports (Itinerary, Weekly Activity, Monthly Production) and provide feedback for effective execution.
• Monitor monthly production for own corporate accounts and execute sales action plans per Marketing Plan.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and promotions to target markets.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

The Sales Executive shall support and d evelop business potential, build and maintain customer relationship with the special accounts or market segments assigned thru personal sales visits, ocular inspections, entertainment and general correspondence. Ensures the timely submission of sales reports such as Itinerary, Weekly Activity and Monthly production from sales associates. Reviews sales reports and give feedback to the sales executive at the least possible time for an effective implementation. Monitors own corporate accounts monthly production. Execute all sales action plans as stated in the Marketing Plan. Promotes all the facilities, services and promotions of the hotel.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• B achelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Team-player, flexible and can stand pressure.
