Job summary

Alabang Country Club, Inc. is seeking a Banquet Sales Supervisor to drive banquet sales growth, generate new business opportunities, convert inquiries into bookings, and coordinate seamless events at our Muntinlupa venue. You will supervise Banquet Coordinators and collaborate with departments to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires 3-5 years in banquets or hospitality, strong leadership, and proven event coordination. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in banquets, catering, events, or hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent event coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of banquet operations and BEO procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent client relations and complaint-handling skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly banquet booking and revenue targets.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare and review quotations, contracts, BEOs, and event requirements.
• Coordinate event details with Operations, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and oversee event setup and execution.
• Supervise Banquet Coordinators and assigned banquet personnel.
• Address client concerns and operational issues promptly during events.
• Prepare sales reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist in implementing sales initiatives and operational improvements.
• Act as Officer-in-Charge of banquet operations when assigned.
