Job summary

Filinvest Development Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee all banquet and outlet operations at Clark, Pampanga. You will direct staff, ensure exceptional service, and manage food presentation across events, maintaining hygiene and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field and 1–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B. Willingness to relocate to Clark, Pampanga is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field is required.
• Experience as a restaurant supervisor (1–3 years) preferred.
• Knowledge of F&B service, menu items, wine and cocktail offerings is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of the outlet to meet marketing, profitability and service goals.
• Monitor service quality provided by staff and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee food presentation and address areas of concern with the Banquet Sous Chef.
• Respond to requests and complaints from the Banquet event coordinator and guests.
• Address customer concerns promptly and uphold high hygiene standards.
• Implement fair and consistent discipline among staff per resort rules.
• Schedule staff based on forecasted business and events.
• Prepare reports as necessary and assist GM as directed.

This position is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspect of the outlet, achieving marketing, profitability and quality service goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Monitoring and overseeing the actual service provided by the staff
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Monitoring the presentation of food products and reviewing any areas of concern with the Banquet Sous Chef
• Responding efficiently and accurately to Banquet event coordinator and customer complaints
• Addresses customer concerns on a timely basis
• Upholding high hygiene standards
• Implements and practices fair and consistent discipline among staff in accordance with Resort rules and regulations
• Schedules staff based on forecast business
• Prepares reports as necessary
• Perform other assignment as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by the GM or the owner

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field
• At least 1-3 years work experience as Restaurant Supervisor
• With knowledge in F&B Service and familiarity in menu, wine and cocktail offerings
• With good communication skills
• Can handle multiple events and tasks
• Willingness to relocate and work in Clark, Pampanga
