Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sports and recreation management, preferably in a hotel, resort, or club.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of sports and recreational facility operations, pool management, and guest activities.
• Certified First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of sports and recreational facilities, including pools, courts, gym, and activity areas.
• Develop and implement recreational programs, sports events, and guest activities.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate sports and recreation staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to support guest events and resort activities.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Address guest concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
