Job summary

Filinvest Group seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee all outlet operations at Clark, ensuring service quality, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will supervise staff, coordinate events and ensure high hygiene standards.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Hotel Management or related field, with 1–3 years' supervisor experience, strong knowledge of F&B, menus, wine and cocktails, excellent communication, and willingness to relocate to Clark, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 1–3 years work experience as Restaurant Supervisor.
• Knowledge in F&B service and familiarity in menu, wine and cocktail offerings.
• Good communication skills.
• Can handle multiple events and tasks.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Clark, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of the outlet to achieve marketing, profitability and quality service goals.
• Monitor and oversee the actual service provided by the staff.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the presentation of food products and review any areas of concern with the Banquet Sous Chef.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to Banquet event coordinator and customer complaints.
• Address customer concerns on a timely basis.
• Uphold high hygiene standards.
• Implement and practice fair and consistent discipline among staff in accordance with resort rules and regulations.
• Schedule staff based on forecast business.
• Prepare reports as necessary.
• Perform other assignments as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by the GM or the owner.
