Job summary

MIMOSA CITYSCAPES, INC. seeks an Outlet Supervisor to oversee all dining operations at the Clark property, ensuring quality service and profitability. You will supervise staff, monitor food presentation, and address guest concerns to uphold high hygiene standards.

With 1–3 years in restaurant supervision, you will coordinate events and manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Relocation to Clark, Pampanga is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 1–3 years work experience as Restaurant Supervisor.
• Knowledge in F&B service and familiarity with menu, wine, and cocktail offerings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple events and tasks.
• willingness to relocate and work in Clark, Pampanga.

Job description

• Monitoring and overseeing the actual service provided by the staff
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Monitoring the presentation of food products and reviewing any areas of concern with the Banquet Sous Chef
• Responding efficiently and accurately to Banquet event coordinator and customer complaints
• Addresses customer concerns on a timely basis
• Upholding high hygiene standards
• Implements and practices fair and consistent discipline among staff in accordance with Resort rules and regulations
• Schedules staff based on forecast business
• Prepares reports as necessary
• Perform other assignment as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by the GM or the owner

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field
• At least 1-3 years work experience as Restaurant Supervisor
