Qualifications

- 7+ years as an Application/Business Analyst focused on digital products in finance.
- Deep knowledge of a digital banking/fintech application architecture and integrations.
- Strong grasp of payments, loans, or reconciliation domains is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business and systems analysis for digital applications.
- Drive requirements lifecycle from concept to detailed specs and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops and coordinate between business units, IT, and vendors.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and drive long-term fixes for complex issues.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in analysis.
