Responsibilities

• Conduct competency assessments and manages performance and career planning.
• Lead small-scale projects using agile or predictive methods within scope, time, and budget.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to design solutions across systems and architecture.
• Design, develop, test, and integrate software and databases ensuring usability and scalability.
• Oversee testing, release, deployment, and documentation.
• Support service delivery, incident/problem/change management and risk mitigation.
