Qualifications

• 5+ years in full SDLC and technical delivery with hands-on web app development.
• Experience in Agile environments and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead competency assessments and career planning for team members.
• Manage small projects using agile or predictive methods within scope, time, and budget.
