Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements for accounts and transactions.
• Oversee and approve a variety of over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority.
• Maintain KYC records and manage remittance processes.
• Assist in achieving store profitability targets and cost control.
• Coordinate with Corporate Banking, Wealth Management/Treasury, and Consumer groups.
