Job summary

RCBC is seeking a sales-focused professional in Quezon City to support the Business Center in achieving volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role requires willingness to be assigned in St.

Ignatius and close collaboration with the Branch Manager to reach sales targets. You will prepare monthly and daily sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related program.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment and apply learnings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Center to achieve volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products.
• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals and preparing monthly/daily sales call plans and reports.
• Develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products.
