Job summary

You will process opening of accounts, updates, renewals and maturities, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery in line with bank standards.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or <1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and cross-sells bank products and services.
• Assists walk-in customers with bank products and services.
• Processes account openings and placements; updates client information and renewals.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures during transactions.
• Handles over-the-counter transactions and maintains service standards.
• Monitors and supports closing and maturity actions for time deposits and investments.
