Quess (Philippines) Corp is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Banking Account) to handle inbound banking queries. The role is onsite with a night shift, focusing on accurate information delivery and first-contact resolution.

You will adhere to policies, maintain service quality, and contribute to KPIs like Resolution and AHT while delivering strong customer experiences in the banking sector.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with 18+ months BPO/Contact Center experience.
• College Graduate or higher with 9+ months BPO/Contact Center experience.
• Inbound Customer Service experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assist customers with banking and financial service queries.
• Provide accurate information regarding account details, transactions, and other banking needs.
• Handle customer interactions with 0 availability time.
• Focus on KPIs like Resolution, Customer Sentiments, AHT and other metrics.
• Resolve customer queries at first point of contact.
• Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters and company policies.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to ensure timely recognition and resolution.
• Ensure call handling and service quality is maintained.
