RCBC is seeking a senior-level executive to oversee the division’s back-office delivery and ongoing support for bank products and services. The role requires strong AMLA and regulatory knowledge, with responsibility for staff leadership, cost control, and continuous process improvements.

The Deputy Compliance Officer will ensure strict adherence to BSP regulations and internal policies, guiding teams through regulatory updates and MORB requirements while driving operational excellence.

Formación

• Experience in banking operations and supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of AMLA, MORB, and BSP regulations.
• Leadership in cost management and process improvements.
• Proven ability to manage compliance across multiple outlets and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee back-office delivery and support of existing and planned bank products and services.
• Ensure compliance with AMLA, MORB, and other regulatory requirements.
• Direct performance management, career progression, training and succession planning for staff.
• Drive cost management and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Plan and implement division goals aligned with corporate strategy and KPIs.
• Serve as Deputy Compliance Officer and ensure regulatory adherence across responsibilities.
