Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• 5–7 years of experience in banking operations in an officer role
• Knowledge of BSP circulars, regulations and reports
• Day-to-day banking activities (Head Office and Business Centers)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changes and set priorities

Responsibilities

• Production support of specific and/or multiple products and services ensuring timely and continuous delivery, including processing, documentation, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance adherence.
