Job summary

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is seeking a senior Operations and Support leader to manage the division’s back-office delivery for existing and planned bank products and services. The role ensures AMLA, compliance, and regulatory adherence across activities.

The candidate will direct staff performance, training, and succession planning while aligning goals with corporate objectives and MORB guidelines. The DCO responsibility further emphasizes strong compliance oversight.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any relevant course. Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Licensure/certification/accreditation by appropriate government agency or industry association is a must for relevant positions or preferred for those that do not require such.
• 12-14 years of experience in banking operations in a senior level supervisory role.
• Experience with BSP circulars, regulations and MORB is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-office delivery and support of existing and planned bank products and services.
• Ensure AMLA, Compliance and other regulatory requirements are followed across responsibilities.
• Manage performance, career progression, training and succession planning for officers and staff.
• Plan and implement division goals in line with corporate objectives and scorecard metrics.
• Act as Deputy Compliance Officer (DCO) and monitor regulatory compliance.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
