Job summary

Second Rural Bank San Luis Pampanga, Inc. is seeking a Bank Manager to lead the branch’s day-to-day operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and drive achievement of business targets.

The role involves enforcing policies and internal controls, risk management, and financial integrity within the team. You will guide branch personnel, monitor cash flows, Loans and deposits, and maintain strong client relationships with local businesses and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in banking, financial institutions, management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit administration, risk management and internal controls.
• Familiarity with BSP regulations, AML/KYC requirements and other banking regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bank and ensure smooth and efficient branch activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of approved policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor cash, deposits, withdrawals, loans, and other banking transactions.
• Ensure proper custody and security of cash, documents, records, and other bank assets.
• Review and approve transactions within the limits of delegated authority.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of branch reports.
• Develop strategies to increase deposits, loans, and other banking products and services.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, businesses, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise the processing and monitoring of loan applications.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees.

About the role
