Job summary

Mount Carmel Rural Bank Inc. in Batangas City is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and maintain service quality at the branch. You will oversee transactions, implement policies, manage cash flow, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will conduct regular branch meetings, monitor performance against targets, prepare financial and operational reports, and maintain the organizational structure for optimal productivity while safeguarding assets.

• Responsible for the overall management, administration, and profitability of the branch.
• Oversee and ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of all branch transactions.
• Implement and enforce operational policies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage branch cash flow, maintain adequate cash levels, and ensure secure handling of assets.
• Recommend and monitor branch operational plans and budgets; analyze variances and address gaps.
• Conduct regular branch meetings to discuss performance targets, new policies, and operational concerns.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate operational and financial reports.
• Maintain and regularly review the branch’s organizational structure for optimal productivity and service quality.
• Conduct periodic cash counts, review daily cash proof sheets, and manage petty cash funds.
