Qualifications

• Willing to work onsite in Baguio
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays when required
• BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
