Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, billing, and general concerns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including quality and productivity.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
