Extend Your Team is hiring a Mortgage Loan Specialist (Back-office) in the Philippines. The role focuses on handling back-end lending tasks, income verification, and regulatory compliance while ensuring high data accuracy and professional customer interactions.

You will coordinate with US-based lending teams, manage application flow support, and document issues. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and working hours aligned to US Pacific Time, with a competitive monthly salary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience within a US-based consumer lending or mortgage operations ecosystem.
• Evaluating multi-layered asset and income profiles to determine qualifying income.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, CIP/KYC, and OFAC checks.
• Understanding FDPA and FEMA flood forms (SFHDF).
• Experience in customer-facing roles with financial accounts and sensitive data.
• Proficient with ZenDesk, Asana, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Attention to data accuracy and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated financial service.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in financial services, banking operations, or risk management.
• Ability to work US Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries via ZenDesk or other tools.
• Documenting and logging issues, including feedback and complaints.
• Guiding customers through the application flow when required.
• Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels using logs, dashboards, and CRM.
