Job summary

Emapta Philippines is hiring an Admin/Customer Service Officer (Mortgage Broking) to manage loan applications from preparation through settlement. You will work onsite in Metro Manila, supporting brokers and clients to keep processes accurate and timely.

The role requires 3+ years in admin or finance, familiarity with Mercury and Dynamics 365 Finance, and strong communication. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits in a multitiered office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in admin or finance support.
• Background in finance or office administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of Australian banking processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Mercury system.
• Prepare complete and accurate loan applications before submission.
• Monitor loan assessments and respond promptly to lender requests.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, banks, and other relevant parties throughout the loan process.
• Coordinate all key milestones leading up to settlement.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support to the mortgage broking team.
