Strong written English, speed, and accuracy are essential. Minimum 2 years of mortgage task experience, familiarity with Google Drive and Email, and the ability to work US Pacific hours are required.

• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to lien filing.
• Support other departments with document requests and record-keeping.
• Stay updated with changes in lien and HELOC documentation processes.
