Job summary

Agile Tech Ops Inc. in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Support Assistant to back-office support for the U.S. mortgage market.

This full-time role follows a hybrid schedule (3 onsite, 2 work-from-home) with a 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila time. You will review documents, verify borrower information, input data into LOS, conduct verifications, and coordinate with U.S.-based processing teams while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior experience in mortgage processing, financial services, or BPO back-office support (preferably U.S. Market).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. mortgage processes, forms, and Loan Origination Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Ability to learn and adhere to U.S. compliance requirements.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify mortgage loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and maintain accurate borrower information in Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Conduct income, employment, asset, and credit verifications based on client requirements.
• Order and track third-party services (e.g., appraisals, title reports, insurance, payoffs).
• Review appraisal, title, and closing documents against compliance checklists.
• Identify missing documents or discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based processing and underwriting teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive borrower information.

Position Summary

The Mortgage LoanSupport Assistant will provide back-office support for U.S. mortgage transactions by handling document review, data entry, verifications, and coordination with U.S.-based processing teams. This is a non-licensed role and does not involve direct contact with borrowers or loan origination.
