Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist borrowers with documentation requirements and application questions.
• Communicate regularly with borrowers and referral partners.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience throughout the loan process.
• Collect and review borrower documentation.
• Calculate income and review assets, liabilities, and credit information.
• Run automated underwriting findings.
• Research loan program guidelines and eligibility requirements.
• Prepare and issue pre-approval and qualification letters.
• Prepare disclosures and review fees for accuracy.
• Order appraisals when needed.
• Monitor loan milestones and outstanding items.
• Ensure files are complete and ready for processing.
• Proactively identify missing information and potential issues before they become delays.
• Partner with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and loan status updates.
• Participate in regular pipeline reviews and workflow discussions.
• Help drive efficiency and accountability across the loan process.
