Job summary

obs is seeking a diligent mortgage broking support professional in a hybrid Manila-based role, with in-office presence twice weekly. You will support end-to-end client onboarding, loan processing, lender coordination, and settlements, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in Australian mortgage broking support, loan processing, or settlements.
• Thorough knowledge of end-to-end mortgage application and settlement process.
• Experience assisting clients with fact finds and onboarding.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; capable of client calls.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and fact-finding; support loan processing and settlements.
• Coordinate with lenders, third parties, and internal stakeholders to progress applications.
• Prepare loan applications and maintain CRM records (FLEX, BrokerEngine).
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, valuers, and clients to move files forward.
• Monitor pipelines, provide status updates, and ensure timely settlements.
• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and post-settlement record-keeping.
