Job summary

TeleDial Call Center Incorporated is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with strong B2B cold-calling and end-to-end sales training, plus a technical background in Internet, VoIP, SaaS, telecommunications, or IT. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Sales Trainer in B2B outbound campaigns.
• Experience training the complete sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, qualification, presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
• At least 1 year technical experience in Internet, VoIP, SaaS, Telecommunications, Cloud, or IT.
• Technical experience in Internet/Broadband, VoIP, SaaS, Telecommunications, Cloud Services, or IT/Technology Solutions.
• Experience in new-hire, nesting, refresher, and upskilling training.
• Strong skills in sales coaching, role-play, mock calls, call listening, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into effective sales messaging.

Responsibilities

• Train B2B outbound sales representatives from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct product, technical, sales, and process training.
• Facilitate role-plays, mock calls, call listening, and coaching.
• Coach representatives on discovery, value selling, objection handling, and closing.
• Monitor trainee performance and recommend coaching/refresher training.
• Develop and update sales and technical training materials.
• Partner with Operations, QA, Product, and Technical teams to improve sales performance.
