KMC Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager (Campaign & Content Management) to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives. You will manage campaigns, coordinate content creation, and drive digital marketing efforts across email, social, and web channels in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing experience, strong content skills, and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, content management, and digital marketing.
• Proven experience creating, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong content creation and management skills for blogs, emails, social media, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and campaign performance monitoring.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms; Zoho CRM preferred but others considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, website, referral, and lead generation channels.
• Develop and maintain campaign plans, timelines, content calendars, and publishing schedules.
• Create, edit, and repurpose marketing content for blogs, emails, social posts, landing pages, and materials.
• Manage end-to-end content production: briefs, reviews, approvals, publishing schedules.
• Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns to support engagement and lead nurturing.
• Upload and manage website content, landing pages, and assets using CMS.
