D2B, a Philippines-based remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager, seeks to own marketing from scratch for a regional Australian MSP. Reporting to the Director, you will audit the footprint, craft a practical strategy, and execute daily content, SEO, LinkedIn, and lead-generation activities to build brand authority and generate qualified regional Australia leads.

This solo marketing engine will manage website updates, AI-assisted content drafts, simple video/editing in CapCut, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven digital marketing experience, especially B2B or IT services.
• Strong SEO knowledge including content and technical basics.
• Excellent written English for business audiences.
• Experience managing LinkedIn for a company with a content calendar.
• Comfortable editing website content in a CMS or builder.
• Able to audit, prioritise and work independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Audit current marketing footprint and craft a practical strategy.
• Create and manage day-to-day content, SEO, LinkedIn, and lead-gen campaigns.
• Build brand authority and generate qualified leads across regional Australia.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing with the pipeline.
• Track traffic and leads and report results to the Director.
