Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own the firm's digital marketing, including website content, user journeys, email campaigns, and analytics. You will manage Google Ads, SEO, newsletters, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with the Director's strategy and budget.

The role is hands-on within a small team: coordinate agencies, build emails, publish posts, verify tracking, and read performance figures daily to drive pipeline results.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in digital marketing with 3+ years in management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on with email newsletters and ad platforms.
• Experience managing agencies and delivering measurable results.
• Experience marketing to North American market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads, SEO, and website agencies day-to-day; review results via GA4 and Semrush.
• Supervise PPC agency with cost-per-qualified-lead targets; ensure landing-page alignment.
• Own newsletter end-to-end: audience building, templates, cadence, deliverability.
• Assemble and send newsletters with content from Head of Thought Leadership; manage templates and list growth.
• Run webinars, CPD sessions, launches, awards and surveys via email campaigns.
• Manage website content, user journeys, performance, and delivery roadmap; supervise web developer.
• Implement privacy requirements (cookie consent, tracking disclosures) per governance.
• Own client review program and Google Business Profile; invite Google reviews.
• Run webinar platform: promotion, email automation, recording, reporting.
• Verify agency tracking and attribution; monitor SEMrush and maintain lead-source accuracy.
