Job summary

Integra R.E. Corporation is seeking a hands-on sales leader to rebuild and grow its Philippine B2B sales organization for solar and energy storage solutions.

You will recruit and coach a local team, define account ownership, and drive disciplined sales execution across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility segments. The role requires 8–12 years in B2B sales with 3–5+ years of direct team leadership, a proven ability to scale teams, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of B2B sales experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and building a sales team from scratch or rebuilding for performance.
• Strong track record delivering targets, growing channels, and managing key accounts.
• Experience in distribution or supplier businesses; solar/energy storage exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Integra R.E.'s Philippine sales organization.
• Build and coach a local team and establish disciplined sales execution.
• Develop sales plans, manage budgets, and achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Expand channels (EPCs, installers, dealers, resellers, commercial, and C&I customers).
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline reviews, and accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate with Finance on credit terms, collections and stock/fulfillment.
