Qualifications

• 3+ years of local B2B sales experience in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new corporate clients and distributor channels in the PH B2B market.
• Lead and train the sales team, set acquisition goals, and monitor performance to lift conversions.
• Grow and maintain B2B channels with industrial clients, engineering firms, and regional distributors.
• Coordinate with decision-makers to deliver demand solutions, quotes, contracts, and payment follow-ups; manage AR.
• Deepen key client relationships, explore repeats and upgrades, and maintain complete client files.
• Analyze local competition and market dynamics; produce acquisition insights and optimization ideas.
• Prepare and review regular sales data reports and sharpen market attack plans.
