Job summary

Global Brainforce Inc. is seeking a proactive Client Acquisition Specialist in Metro Manila to identify potential clients, introduce software development services, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

You will drive lead generation, outbound prospecting, and build relationships with prospective clients while supporting inbound inquiries and guiding leads through the sales pipeline. Strong English skills and CRM familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in client acquisition, appointment setting, cold calling, telesales, lead generation or business development.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident speaking with business owners, managers and decision-makers.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and results-driven.
• Experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
• Experience selling B2B services, IT solutions, or software development services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Reach out to leads from existing database and prospect lists
• Research and generate new business opportunities through various channels
• Qualify prospects and identify potential client needs
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM
• Assist with lead generation and prospect research
• Support inbound sales inquiries and help move qualified leads through the sales pipeline
