Australian Outsource Desk Inc. in Angeles City is seeking a proactive Sales Representative with a retention focus to join our growing B2B team. You will engage Australian and international clients, identify opportunities, and tailor outsourcing solutions to meet their needs.

This full-time onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 6am–3pm, with an immediate start. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of sales experience in B2B, lead gen, or related role.
• Experience dealing with Australian or international clients is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Angeles City.
• Able to start immediately.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with Australian clients.
• Contact potential clients via calls, email, and other channels.
• Understand client needs and propose outsourcing solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments.
• Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up to move opportunities through the sales process.
• Keep accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities.
