Job summary

Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking a motivated B2B Retention Specialist to join the Internal Sales Team. The office-based role is in Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, focusing on retaining Australian business clients and reducing churn.

The candidate will proactively engage clients, address concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions. It requires 1–2 years in relevant roles and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer retention, client success, or related roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to meet targets and KPIs.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients.
• Proactively contact clients to understand needs, concerns, and satisfaction.
• Handle client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
• Identify risks of client cancellation and take timely action.
• Conduct follow-ups to strengthen relationships and promote services.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and relevant services.
• Maintain records of client interactions, concerns, and follow-ups.
• Meet retention, engagement, and sales KPIs.
