Australian Outsource Desk Inc. in Angeles City is seeking a Client Retention Specialist to grow our Australian market and engage business owners with outsourcing and remote staffing solutions.

You will build long-term relationships, manage a robust sales pipeline, and coordinate with recruitment and operations to meet client staffing needs. Your role focuses on identifying opportunities, presenting tailored outsourcing options, and driving B2B sales targets while providing outstanding client

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of B2B sales, business development, account management, telesales, lead generation, or BPO/outsourcing experience.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with Australian business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong outbound calling, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
• Ability to present and sell business solutions.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Able to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Angeles City.
• Available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage with Australian businesses through outbound calls and other B2B sales channels.
• Identify potential clients that may benefit from outsourcing and remote staffing.
• Speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their staffing requirements.
• Identify staffing gaps and business functions that can be outsourced.
• Present AODESK's outsourcing solutions based on the client's specific needs.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of hiring dedicated remote staff through AODESK.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Handle sales inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian clients and prospects.
• Identify opportunities for additional staffing, upselling, and account expansion.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to support client requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM, prospect, and sales records.
• Meet assigned B2B sales, lead generation, and business development targets.
