Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Development Manager (B2B) to lead business development activities in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. This onsite, day-shift role focuses on generating new accounts, managing inquiries, and defending existing relationships through strategic outreach and proactive prospecting.

You will coordinate with the Accounts Department, process proposals, and track performance metrics while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive workplace with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in internal sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Strong B2B prospecting to identify decision-makers and pain points.
• Proven track record in driving new business and expanding market share with outbound strategies.
• Familiar with CRM management, pipeline tracking, and remote client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial accounts through market research, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
• Manage multiple local and national sales inboxes and convert leads quickly.
• Defend existing accounts and respond rapidly to protect them from poaching.
• Prepare professional proposals and process GSAs with high accuracy within 48 hours.
• Document activity and results weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
