Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing or Architecture.
• Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales in tech, engineering, construction or building systems.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Attributes: Self-driven, results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Plus: Enterprise or project-based solution selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• New Business: Develop corporate accounts and identify strategic sales opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Network with developers, hotel operators, architects, designers, contractors, and MEPF consultants.
• Sales Pitches: Conduct product presentations and hands-on solution demonstrations.
• Proposals: Prepare commercial quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Teamwork: Partner with internal engineering and project teams to design solutions.
• Sales Cycle: Manage the pipeline from lead generation to project award and turnover.
• Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
