Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Development Associate in Eastwood, Quezon City for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will support the development and execution of business development strategies to generate new opportunities and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, bilingual English and Tagalog, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Positive attitude, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of BD strategies to generate new opportunities.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Prepare presentation decks, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain engagement with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve BD objectives.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
