Job summary

Lalamove is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the Sales Acquisition team and drive growth for local partnerships in the Philippines. You will pitch Lalamove services to new clients, maintain relationships, and push aggressive targets with a strategic mindset.

The role requires at least 5 years in leadership of sales and account management, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration. Office-based with travel as needed, based in Mandaue, Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise client management preferred.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or fast-growth industries advantageous.
• Proficient with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
• Able to collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lalamove in local partnerships and engagements.
• Strategize for local business development opportunities.
• Lead Acquisition team to gather quality accounts.
• Lead Account Management to build relationships with key accounts and maximize growth.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager.
