Job summary

Lalamove Philippines is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the Sales Acquisition team and drive growth in Cebu. You will motivate and build a high-achieving team, identify new clients, pitch Lalamove’s services, and maintain strong relationships with contacts while meeting aggressive targets.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success, require 5+ years in leadership of sales and account management, and be willing to travel for business, with daily onsite work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in sales and account management.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or fast-growing industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements.
• Strategize for local business development opportunities.
• Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts.
• Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.
• Reports directly to the Sales Manager.
