Job summary

Lalamove Philippines is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the Sales Acquisition team and drive local business development from Pampanga. You will build a high-performing team to identify and pitch Lalamove services to new clients, while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

The role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to work onsite daily at the Pampanga hub with occasional travel for business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in sales and account management.
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise client relationships.
• Experience working in tech, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing industries is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite daily at Pampanga hub and travel as needed.

About The Role

The Assistant Sales Manager leads and motivates the Sales Acquisition team composed of sales executives to meet and exceed team and individual goals. He/She is expected to build a high achieving sales acquisition team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove’s services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. He/She must be able work well under pressure and exhibits a spirit of excellence.

What You\'ll Do

• Represent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements
• Strategize for local business development opportunities
• Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts
• Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.
• Reports directly to the Sales Manager

What You\'ll Need

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience inB2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise/client relationship management is highly preferred.
• Experience working in technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing industries is an advantage.
• Proficient in using sales tools, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams.
• Must be willing to work within the office on a daily basis and travel for business when / where needed.
• Willing to work onsite in Lalamove Pampanga Hub- Brgy. Pandan, Angeles, Pampanga
