Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a Customer Retention and Sales Specialist who focuses on keeping existing clients and generating new revenue through proactive outreach and strategic selling.

You will manage unassigned and assigned leads, conduct needs assessments, provide product solutions, and build lasting relationships while meeting individual and company targets. This role may involve virtual or face-to-face interactions as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
• At least 2 years' experience in Sales.
• Experience in doing outbound sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated.
• Computer savvy.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing customers and prevent attrition while driving new sales.
• Nurture and convert leads; perform needs assessment and resell relevant products.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and participate in training.
• Build relationships with unassigned customers for future resell opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to meet operations.
