Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a B2B Outbound Sales/Renewal Specialist to engage business customers, identify needs, and articulate value, based at Bridgetowne, Quezon City (border of Pasig and Rizal).

You will manage a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, update CRM records, meet targets, and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure a smooth client experience and sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B Renewals experience or combination of 2 years in B2B Renewals and outbound sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and manage professional business conversations.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage business customers through outbound calls, emails, and other approved channels.
• Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities, maintaining an active pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
• Update and manage customer and opportunity records accurately in CRM systems.
