Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B Outbound Sales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients to generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B leads and decision-makers.
• Present and promote the company's products, services, and business solutions.
• Engage prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting channels.
• Identify customer needs, handle objections, and communicate product or service value effectively.
• Schedule appointments, sales presentations, and business meetings with qualified prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead information using CRM tools.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas, call targets, appointment-setting goals, and other performance metrics.
